THESE AMERICAN SUPERS

Mostly we do journalism, superhuman journalism that’s built around plot. In other words, stories! Our favorite sorts of stories have compelling people at the center of them, funny moments, big feelings, surprising plot twists, and interesting ideas. Like little movies for radio.

We view the show as an experiment. We try things. We’ve embedded a reporter within a Henchman Group. We once made contact with the TAS broadcasting one universe over. We’ve even had a show produced by ants!

Our Host is Ethan Schwartz. Veteran SPR reporter and author. He is a native of Baltimore, MD and lives at home with his wife and two dogs. The show is produced in part with QSPZ Baltimore and the SPRX, the Superhuman Public Radio Exchange.
